I was responsible for the planning, management, implementation, and measurement of six global public websites. I proactively engage 30 Subject Matter Experts and Marketing Liaisons to provide timely and relevant updates to websites. Work daily with SEO Manager, Acquisition Manager, technology team, and the Digital Customer Service Manager. I managed website updates including international product launches, promotional and support videos, landing pages, banner ads, white papers and, of course, regularly scheduled annual content updates. I ensured that the content is up-to-date, adheres to Legal and Compliance standards, and that it meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
