Jun. 2021 - Jan. 2023In my role as part of the Human Resources Operations team at TR, I was responsible for operational tasks that allowed me to develop skills in handling inquiries, coordinating complex processes, and managing systems and technological tools.
- I provided support to internal clients by addressing inquiries and offering assistance in various areas such as benefits, health insurance, pay stubs, payroll, and vacations.
- I was responsible for managing entries and exits in different systems, including AFIP, OSDE (health insurance), and Workday (Human Resources management system).
- I was in charge of managing one of the company's payrolls (Press and Commerce agreement). This involved sending salary breakdowns, managing salary updates, and addressing any related inquiries.
- Responsible for scheduling medical appointments and tracking extended leaves.
- Management of documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Responsible for updating employees' digital records in Workday.
- Part of the team responsible for conducting employee inductions.
