As the Head of Marketing & Community I owned the top of funnel user metric with the main goal of increasing number of users in app. I was also responsible for building community and increasing brand awareness. Additional responsibilities included: - Worked with CEO to identify product-market fit through extensive competitive and consumer analysis, and A/B testing Google Ads leading to various landing pages
- Created and executed go-to-market strategy with nominal resources - Worked with Head of Product to build, A/B test, and iterate acquisition and activation funnels - Spearheaded Product Hunt launch, landing #1 product of the day and #3 artificial intelligence product of the month
- Worked closely with Head of Product and Chief Technology Officer to ensure roadmap aligned with marketing initiatives and objectives
- Responsible for development and distribution of all external communications including all web copy, landing page copy, press releases, decks, sales outreach, and any additional marketing collateral required
- Created, executed, and maintained all social media channels, PPC campaigns, digital marketing campaigns, community-development, email marketing, and strategic partnership efforts
- Created both influencer and community-based ambassador programs including ideating and implementing virtual and in-person events - Identified low-cost opportunities to increase visibility and drive traffic driven by data from both customer as well as Mixpanel, Segment, Lucky Orange, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and other software in marketing stack
- Increased market awareness and penetration through ambassador program - Conducted user interviews and surveys to develop targeted marketing campaigns and product-led growth tactics
