Apr. 2017 - May. 2018Misr al-Gadida, Cairo Governorate, EgyptKCIP is a reflection of a vision I started complementing Asymmetric Knowledge eco-systems. The project is c. USD 1.5 M, planned to be implemented over 36 months. KCIP has 6 components and one super-goal, preparing KNAS students to be highly competent for both universities/knowledge reactors and, job-market as well. KCIP is designed around 21st Century Skills and at heart is an eco-system meant to transfer KNAS into a CfE (Centre for Excellence). KNAS is a private K-12 National Cuuriculum school established back in 1854. Owners wanted to completely modernise it. SID.ASD as a consultancy, proudly, proposed to exceed by far these expectations. Being the visionary & KCIP Project Director, formulating deliverables came as follows:
A) Organisation-level:

2-HCMASA (Human Capital Management and Skill Acquisition) 3- Finance and Accounting B) Academic
1- ICT Layer: By installing latest foundation technologies that can support streaming for STEAM i.e., engineering design & modelling (iMacs, 3D Printer, 4 Axes CNC), advanced physics & mathematics (PASCO), biochemistry, applied arts & creative design, and finally, application development. 2- KDMS (Knowledge Delivery Management System) Layer: By, installing state-of-the-art curriculum management i.e. Atlas + LinkLOGIC, and Alma SIS (Student Information System). 3- Knowledge Transfer Layer: By upgrading and transforming teachers and pedagogic tutors into researchers and experience coaches. 4- Inter-functional Process Layer: a1) linking target industries & universities to individual curriculums. a2) cross-linking eligible curriculums, together. 5- KLIC (Knowledge & Leadership Innovation Clubs) Layer: is the field for implementing the project. It is c. 1600 hours of advanced knowledge in three disciplines: Business & Finance, Science & Technology and, Arts & Literature. 6- International Benchmarking Layer: By joining CERN BL4S competion. 7- Measuring & Improvement Layer.
