Innovert Mud system (Baroid) Responsibilities:
1- Accountable for Fluid Operations Planning, Mud Consumption Analysis. 2- Solids Control Optimization & Waste minimization / efficiency, Material & Cost Estimates, Environmental Compliance to Laws & regulations. 3- Ensuring drilling fluid is properly formulated & systematically maintained to determine required treatments or to define contaminants using basic & advanced physical checks & chemical analysis for optimum drilling performance, well-bore stability & down-hole conditions. 4- Chemical yard and Product segregation (MSDS, PDS, CHB).
5- Meet operators expectation and needs.
6- The understand and experience of troubleshooting (H2S Gas Kicks, Saline Water Flows, Caving Shale, Bit Balling, Balloon effect, losses from total to partial from: fractured limestone or depleted zones).
7- Develop great communication and team work to optimize better performance. 8- Proficiency Hydraulics Analysis in Hole Cleaning, ECD Monitoring, Bit & Annular Hydraulics, Surge & Swab Analysis, Trip Modelling, Torque & Drag Analysis, Displacements, preventative & remedial Lost circulation solutions & Well bore clean ups. 9- Responsible for documenting performance through Daily Fluids Report, Cost Summaryβs, Solids control efficiency, Drilling waste reporting & Environmental Management Records, Hydraulics Calculations & End of Well Reports.
