Previously I have held the position of Director of Freight Auditing, Director of Accounts Receivable, Operations Excellence Manager, and Customer Service Manager. I hold degrees in both accounting and management. I started my career in hospitality and moved on to retail management. For the past decade, I have worked in logistics with a focus on transportation. Customer service has always been a passion for me, as I believe consumers should always receive quality services for their money. Our employees are our first line of service, and I believe strengthening and honing their skills is the best approach to build a successful team that customers can rely on.
