Creating system and implementing according to the necessary need which focus on improvement and smoother operation. • Main focus to maintain the cost and improve F&B sales ensuring above the budget. • Managed to handle the wedding of the century around 300pax top VIPs at The Chateau Spa & Wellness Organic Resort which was a two days event. • 2 consecutive years managed to handle out of the best Christmas Gala dinner with 600pax capacity with 2 different themes ice and forest which was a talk about in one of the local Newspaper.

Involved in ordering of OS&E, pre-opening training program, setting standards and SOP. Staff recruitment and interview for F&B department. Sourcing and liaising with vendors for items used in banquets operations. • Working closely with culinary team in creating breakfast, lunch, dinner & coffee break menus.
