Jun. 2013 - Mar. 2017WokingSABMiller is the world’s second largest brewer with 70,000 employees, 260 brands in 80+ countries and an annual turnover in excess of $24 Billion • In a business role in the Global Marketing team, I was responsible for development of global analytics and data strategy, liaising with commercial colleagues and IS globally • Managed the global relationship with external data providers such as Nielsen, IRI • Working with Group Legal, developed, socialised and embedded a Consumer Data Handling Policy for all markets in the SABMiller world, to ensure we exceeded the standards demanded by local and international law • As a leading member of a cross-functional team to drive the development of SABMiller’s digital capability, I lead the development of a consumer and customer data framework and data model, bringing together data from every piece of our digital activity globally across all channels o Social, Web, Relationship Marketing, Social Listening, Ad-serving o Lead the delivery of training for hundreds of marketing and IS colleagues across markets in every region • Lead the design and implementation of the Global Digital Reporting Platform (GDRP) o Concept, KPI development and global roll-out, training and senior stakeholder management o Developed simple and effective Global Digital KPI structure o Conducted RFP with 16 vendors (Tableau, Domo, IBM, Gooddata, SAP, SAS, QlikView etc…) o Selected Domo and implemented a unique instance bringing together data for all digital activity for 150 brands worldwide across 10+ channels with 6000+ individual data connections to external platform APIs o Meets the needs of a community of 850+ SABMiller colleagues and agency partners from CMO and global ExCom to individual country brand teams o As the leader of one of Domo’s largest instances, I sit on Domo’s Customer Advisory Board • Consulted on the development of a Tableau-based commercial dashboard solution
