I also trained and hired new business analysts to our organization, ensuring we had the right team to achieve our goals. Tasks Included: - Requirements gathering as well doing initial analyzation to determine what needs to be done, what systems will be impacted, and to determine which stakeholders need to be informed. - Trained and educated new business analysts in our organizations. - Discussed on weekly calls with our CTO, CEO, COO, and CFO the most important requirements for their divisions and re prioritized backlog on their inputs. - Gather customers and users feedback on our system.
