Rebellious PR & ConsultingFounder + CEO
Feb. 2016 - Oct. 2022Portland, Oregon AreaRebellious PR & Consulting was founded in early 2016 with the notion and knowledge that there was a better way to do PR. Everything from agency structure to account management has been dissected and turned on its head to create a PR agency that actually works. Our goal is to produce the best work possible by careful client selection and management. Rebellious doesn’t say yes to everyone and that’s by design. We look at our clients as partners, especially in creating their stories and being their arms and legs to the media. Our team comes to the table with a diverse background to give you raw ideas, fresh insights, and radical perspectives. We each come with a plethora of unique and focused experience to create the best possible PR strategy and campaign for your unique company to have the maximum reach. We’re looking for fellow collaborators, freethinkers, and well… rebels. We are Rebellious because our clients are disruptive to their industries. We love to work with defiant founders who make their own lanes to create revolutionary work. We love working with women-founded, POC-founded, and LGBTQ+ founded companies because this is who we are. Let’s be Rebellious, together.
Senior Director
FortyThree PRSenior Director
Jun. 2013 - May. 2015San Francisco Bay AreaI started at 43PR as an intern and over the course of 8 years worked my way up to Senior Director. When I left the firm I was managing 70% of the billings and 12+ team members. I can confidently say that this little boutique firm is the best at what they do, hands down. Due to the nature of being both a smaller firm and working primarily with startups, 43PR cuts to the core of what is important in PR: creativity, relationships and a whole lot of tenacity. I am very lucky to have started my career there. Wearing many hats, I became accustom to working fast, multitasking and always having a plan B.
