Main achievements:
- Improved internal control in a strong growth scenario.
- Local integration of companies and staff from global P&O Nedlloyd merger.
- Finance locally, construct and operate 2 supply vessels.
- Preparation for SAP implementation for all business units.
- Re-negotiate major supplier and joint venture contracts.
