- Lead, facilitate and manage projects to improve PDC performance and customer service.
- Act as a catalyst for change and facilitate the organizationβs journey to a continuous improvement culture.
- Using performance metrics drive and facilitate CI events and problem solving using structured problem solving methods to find root cause and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Coach and train teams and individuals to improve their effectiveness and systematic use of Lean Tools, such as 5S, Kaizen, Shop Floor Management, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Flow, Practical Problem Solving, Takt time, etc.
- Conduct regular assessments to guage level of TOS / Lean maturity and assess best practices and opportunities.
- Encourage and facilitate a culture of lean mindsets and behaviors that delivers high performance and sustained transformation.
- Support TOS activities throughout the PDC network as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues in the local and global TOS networks to leverage resources, learning opportunities and best practices.
