I built this school from the ground up in 2009 and expanded it to three more branches in its first 11 years of operation. Exceptional Children’s Educational Center is a specialized institution dedicated to providing quality education and support to gifted kids and children with special needs. As the Founder, Ray Nobleza, leads the organization with a commitment to create an inclusive and supportive environment that caters to the unique needs of every child. The center focuses on individualized learning approaches, ensuring each child's educational growth and development. Under Mr. Nobleza's leadership, the center is consistently striving to enhance its services and programs to better serve its students and their families. His vision is to empower gifted kids special needs children to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
