Sep. 2017Qatar● Overall Execution and administration of the MEP part of the project.
● Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the specifications and within the
time and cost constraints.
● Attends Progress meetings.
● Prepare periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change
claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records. ● Procurement:
o Follow-up material submittal approval.
o Approve Material requisitions to the site.
● Sub-contractors/ Specialists:
o Overall liaison between CM and Senior Engineers and Sub-con work
progress on site
o Post award and Pre-award Contract review and implementation on site
o Approval of Interim payments
o Ensure Compliance with Contract requirements ● Site construction: o Daily Follow-up infrastructure works on site for all Electro-Mechanical trades.
o Daily Follow-up MEP site works progress with CM and Senior engineers.
● Testing and commissioning: Follow up testing and commissioning with Site/Senior
engineers.
● Design Review: Design review on all MEP trades and Infraworks prior to site erection and
coordination with the designers for any design discrepancy.
● Technical RFI and Specs Review: Specs review and technical review of design drawings
and preparation of technical RFI’s
● Preparation of Variation Order: Preparation of Variation Orders, technical negotiation till
final consultant’s approval

● Drawing coordination: Coordination between the MEP and architectural
drawings.
