As we expanded our consulting business into healthcare and bio-sciences, we decided as well to update the company for the next push - we founded the Alyeska Dawn Consultancy, Inc., to focus more on AsiaPac as well as the EU.

From what was offered to me, and with a full release of my non-competes with Exigent / Harris, I was free to start up a new company!

We also had various contracts with other US and Allied military groups and were among the pioneers in software-defined radio systems. Exigent International, because of their important work in this and other cybersecurity systems, was acquired by Harris International / Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD).
