We even opened a satellite office in London to handle our affairs in the UK/EU. As we expanded our consulting business into healthcare and bio-sciences, we decided as well to update the company for the next push - we founded the Alyeska Dawn Consultancy, Inc., to focus more on AsiaPac as well as the EU.

From what was offered to me, and with a full release of my non-competes with Exigent / Harris, I was free to start up a new company!

We took on a large project with the Naval Research Labs in Washington DC and in Stennis, MS to support their specialized avionic systems. We also had various contracts with other US and Allied military groups and were among the pioneers in software-defined radio systems. Exigent International, because of their important work in this and other cybersecurity systems, was acquired by Harris International / Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD).

In Dec 1999 we were acquired, in an all-stock sale, by Exigent International of Melbourne, FL. At one point, we were growing at 500% per year!
