Effectively guided strategic priorities & business intelligence, strategy formulation and execution, & strategy evaluation, in keeping with the portfolio budget of J$22.1 billion dollars. 2. Successfully reengineered the monthly reporting systems to include a Monthly Performance Scorecard with stoplight indicators and monthly KPI performance trend lines for executive leadership. 3. Established Vision Boards across 43 Tax Offices and business locations (to communicate the medium term strategy). 4. Improved strategy communication via an inaugural balanced scorecard publication called 'Strategic Connection', and designed a 'Strategy Blitz Communication Campaign'. 5. Significantly improved organizational risk maturity by leading the review and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (Policy, Plan, Business Continuity Management Plan & Risk Architecture); and developed animated enterprise risk videos, to strengthen a risk-based performance management culture. 6. Significantly improved the Strategic Management Framework by conceptualizing and developing a 'Medium Term Strategic Options & Choice Document' for Executive and Board approval of the organizations future strategy.
