● Create and stablish after sales service strategy considering supply of spare parts, implementing service centers nationwide in both countries and establishing key KPI´s to ensure success for example decrease TAT from 76 days to 7 days.
● Decision making regarding all aspect on the business for both countries creating or using hard data to ensure minimal risk and high profit.
