Jan. 2007 - Oct. 2008Responsibilities Manage a team responsible for both internal and external lead generation for various departments within Liberty's Outbound Call Centre (Liberty in Touch). Produce MIS reports for the Division, enabling the management team to timeously track, and respond to, activity and productivity measures. Maintain and improve a lead management system (LeadsBank) for external financial advisors. Part of the Liberty in Touch Management team developing budgets and plans for the Division. Achievements Developed standardised methods of identifying leads and extracting the data from Liberty's data warehouse. Streamlined the data extraction process and developed the data mart applicable for Liberty in Touch. Designed, developed and implemented a modular and scalable sales scripting solution. This allows call centre agents to follow specific sales scripts for specific campaigns. It records all interactions (to provide a record of advice), as well as call durations, outcomes, it allows rescheduling of calls etc. This was initially intended to be used by 20 agents for entry-level market business, but is now used by over 150 agents concurrently for various campaigns. During 2008, it has handled over 250,000 calls. Designed, developed and implemented an internal lead management tool to allow agents to track leads from source to completion. This allows easy reporting of pipeline and completed business. Leaving Reason I had an offer from Discovery that presented better opportunities for personal growth.
