Sep. 2020 - Nov. 2023Hong KongI led global stakeholders in defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy embedded across the business as it transformed to a dual listed entity in the UK and Hong Kong with a focus on growing the Asia and Africa Insurance and Asset Management markets. The goal was to deepen belonging through embracing inclusive mindsets and behaviours and embedding the principles of diversity and inclusion in leadership, our products, processes and procedures, with impact measured by how people experienced the organisation. I represented Prudential's Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to our Board, ExCos, ESG Committees, external benchmarking organisations, investor bodies, and at a broad range of industry events. Notable achievements under my leadership include helping the company obtain a position on Bloomberg's Gender Equality Index from 2021 to 2023, igniting PRUCommunities, developing and implementing Hybrid Working Framework, policies, and Playbook, creating a Recruitment Playbook, and embedding inclusive behaviours into our company values. With Prudential I also developed global DEIB training, rolling out a Global Inclusion e-learning and the Inclusive Leadership Profile, educating and fostering inclusivity across the organisation.
