Corporate office recruiting in the following departments: Information Technologies, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Training/Development, Research & Development, and Marketing. Manage the selection process including: requisition management, documenting the selection process in the ATS, sourcing candidates, behavioral interviewing, developing a compelling compensation package and closing the deal. Partner with District Managers, Sr. District Managers, and Directors to understand their hiring needs as well as coaching them on effective interview techniques, workforce planning practices and compensation requirements. Partner with HR Managers to identify future talent needs and proactively sources to develop robust ready to hire talent pools. Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (i.e. CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other traditional job boards) to generate a healthy pool of qualified candidates.
Provide an impeccable candidate experience through consistent and accurate communication. Fully utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) reviewing and prescreening resumes weekly while conducting Competency Based Pre-screen interviews. Provide support and training to restaurant managers and operations leadership on how to legally and effectively source, screen, interview, select and retain individuals. Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts, while ensuring accurate reporting and data for distribution and analysis on candidate flow, time-to-fill, cost per hire, etc. Create and distribute new hire information data, offer letters, and documentation for all newly hired employees. Assisted in integration of ApplicantOne (ATS) and Recruiting/ HRIS Workday platforms.
