• Planning, logistics and analyses of events. Planning; budgets, venue, themes, speakers and ensure overall feel is consistent with Curves brand. Logistics; lighting, electronic media, sound, branding, promotional material.
• Exposure drives, charity events and educational drives.
• In - house communications.
• Create in house competitions; find sponsorship and prizes as well as the creating the marketing material required.
• Zumba Instructor.
• Circuit coach, initiate games, member involvement and maintain a lively and entertaining circuit.
• Reports and reviews; sales, sales averages, goal setting, marketing targets.
• Inventory management and purchasing. • Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Resolving technical issues, mechanical issues and overall inviting design of the branch.
• Relaying information to the relevant individuals of upcoming events, news and campaigns.
• Recruitment, management and training of staff members Northcliff, training of Ruimsig branch staff.
