Building out community to scale volume of guides. Consolidated 2 guide platforms, URLs, content, and page designs as well as added 10k new US and UK buying guides. Now driving product plan to integrate Guides into core eBay experience. Led an agile team to execute Guides projects (templates, revenue strategy, editor, search, and SEO) Drove EU SEO strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of projects for United Kingdom and Germany by optimizing natural search traffic to search results pages, item pages, and product pages Liaison to mobile/local/social product teams to SEO is optimized for all markets
