I managed the daily operations of the brands and multi mullion pound budgets to promote them nationally across retail broadcast, digital & print. Over 18 years i managed every conceivable marketing activity there is, from the first terrestrial TV betting advert to national staff incentives involving hundreds of thousands of staff. Responsible for 6 products with a combined gross revenue for the betting industry of well over 1 Billion pounds. Products included the twice daily live lotto draw 49's and i was a pioneer of virtual horse racing the first producer of virtual greyhound racing. I would sum this roll up as large scale, a website with over 5.5m hits per month and a million unique users coupled with servicing all bookmakers fairly, regardless of size. As a joint venture between Ladbrokes, William Hill and Coral my negotiation skills were fully tested as i managed a monthly board meeting comprising of 3 fierce competitors, this challenged my negotiation skills and perfected my lobbying ability. I consistently delivered Marketing Plans on time and within budget. Positioned in the middle of the betting industry i was involved in industry initiatives and managed competitor forums.
