- Translate all required documents (e.g. SOPs, forms and logs, study documentation, etc.) from English into Armenian, from Armenian into English, from Russian into English and Armenian and vice versa. - Edit and proofread all required documents (e.g. SOPs, forms and logs, study documentation, etc.).
- Perform part of HR duties sharing them with the Chief Accountant, including vacation and day off management, part of recruitment process,etc. due to the absence of HR department.
- Manage the employee training calendar. File and archive all employee training records, personnel files, CVโs and updates thereof, based on employee participation in trainings, conferences, seminars, etc. - Create and maintain accessible (for designated personnel) archives by properly registering, logging and labeling all archived documentation. Arrange and monitor acquisition, retrieval and return of materials by completing necessary access logs and other documents, if any. - Issue administrative logs. Ensure that the latter are filled out in compliance with company policy and procedures. - Document minutes for certain management meetings, study initiation discussions and other significant meetings. - Generate employee attendance reports and provide them to the Management on a weekly basis. Provide all employees and guests with access badges. Collect access badges back from guests and employees no longer with the company. - Manage procurement of office supplies and cash flow.
