Ice cream-Bresler division (Country Manager, leadership team and org structure associated: sales, marketing, commercial excellence, finance, among others)
Food solutions division (Country Manager, leadership team and org structure associated: sales, marketing, commercial excellence, finance, among others)
R&D area, which had a cross functional role supporting all local divisions, businesses and Plants across Chile. National Supply Chain Go to Market division (Director, leadership team and org structure associated: demand and supply planning, procurement, customer service, quality, environment/ health /safety, among others).
Local point of contact with the Regional Office for South Cone to design, adapt and ensure role out as well as implementation of HR programs, coordinating all HRBPs for National Supply Chain GTM, three local Productive Plants and Distribution Center, to guarantee compliance and alignment with regional mindset/framework. Active part of the Union Negotiation for Ice Cream Division, with a successful outcome. Daily labor relations with two Union`s work councils. FTE management using Oracle Peoplesoft.
Senior business stakeholders network, such as all Site Directors of the different plants, Distribution Center and National Supply Chain GTM, as well as the corresponding leadership teams. Country Managers for Ice Cream and Food Solutions divisions, as well as their leadership team and the complete structure. Local R&D. Local HR team for all divisions at Unilever as well as functional areas. International network: regional roles in South Cone, as well as American and European affiliates.
