My main responsibilities are to effectively handle client complaints and difficulties, as well as to train the team of employees on how to provide exceptional customer service. I also oversee office upkeep, which involves keeping everything tidy and adequately stocked with necessities and supplies.
Daily operational tasks:
• Managed facility policies; dealt with insurance and billing and addressed guests’ concerns about the renewal and expiration of their insurance.
• Verified VIP reservations and kept an eye on daily departures and/or arrivals.
• Complete restaurant POS reports and hotel night audits, empty all hotel staff members' cash drawers, and do daily cash drops.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the front office, which includes the front desk, bellboys, customer service representatives, and PBX.
• Completed weekly staffing schedules that adhered to department payroll budgets and were based on productivity analysis.
• Used property management systems to make both individual and large-group reservations in accordance with booking recaps.
• Reviewed financial transactions to make sure that expenditures are allowed and within the budget, and monitored budget and payroll records.
