Action: To achieve these objectives, I conducted an in-depth analysis of the AI and collaborated with the R&D team to update it to international standards. I also created a sourcing, selection, and validation process to ensure the quality of our European partner network. I trained the sales and operations team to better meet our clients’ needs and co-developed a new product to automate quality control and supplier management. Additionally, I recruited, onboarded, and trained a dedicated transport procurement team and created a specific procurement segmentation for our activity.
