• Oversee and manage the operation of all Technology Centers, including Data Centers and Switching Centers, across Turkey, • Guiding and coaching to all Data Center and MTX locations responsibles regarding the technical and administrative issues, • Working collaboratively with a high skilled team to ensure the continuous operation of energy and cooling systems to maintain optimal performance, • Ensure uninterrupted energy and cooling operations in all Technology Centers to support critical business functions and meet customer demands, • Implement energy efficiency projects to reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact across all locations besides reducing operational expenses without compromising service quality, • Collaborate with subcontractors to deliver managed services, overseeing their performance and ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements, • Maintain compliance with audit standards in various areas, including energy management, green technology initiatives, business continuity, and information security, • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize Technology Center operations, aligning with organizational objectives and industry standards, • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology and energy systems, ensuring the resilience and reliability of critical infrastructure.
