My name is Keith, and I am one of the owners and lead instructors at Vitality Fitness & Recovery. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in personalized training programs that blend strength, flexibility, and recovery. I embrace honesty within both personal and professional relationships, and this quality has helped give way to the idea of my facility's foundation. I was tired of hearing fitness studios promise results to hopeful clients, only to let them down by ignoring the work that is often forgotten about when they leave the gym. My partner and I decided to open up Vitality Fitness & Recovery, a studio that encompasses the major aspects that affect results, so that clients would get real, long-lasting results when making small habit changes within their fitness, nutrition, and recovery routines. My passion for wellness drives my commitment to helping clients achieve their health goals while fostering a supportive community for all.
