• Involvement in the design and specification for new iGrasp (now Lumesse) system to manage the recruitment process from application stage to pre-employment clearances.
• Increased responsibility of “advisory duties” such as advising on maternity meetings, shortlisting, recruitment planning and producing management information reports. • Trained as expert user of SAP.
• Responsibility for absence recording within client group of approximately 60 professional staff.
• ‘Environmental Champion’ for the HR department, ensuring that all of our daily practices are adhering to the University’s environmental and sustainability objective on an annual basis.
• Granted management of recruitment logistics on such as; sending out invitations, arranging packs, ordering catering, booking rooms, requesting references and/or publications, requesting citations, arranging flights and accommodation for interviewees as appropriate.
