During my time managing the Salesforce org, we went from a team of one with limited external support to a team of 5. Our user base grew with the firm, from 50 to 300 seats. Our accomplishments included the following:
•Custom automations to support ROI calculations for campaigns, accounts and individual customers.
•Implementation of Activity Dashboards – generating prioritized, data driven, call lists for Sales.
•Implementation of Salesforce ServiceCloud including email-to-case, web-to-case and Knowledge document management.
•Integrations with external systems: content management, e-signature, digital marketing management, event management, expense tracking, DST SalesConnect (sales and position tracking) and Jira.
• Implementation of custom territory management.
