Manage State Bar certified specialist estate planning exam preparation course for 2015, handling website content, registration, scheduling, content and all related issues. Responsible for full cycle Accounting, including, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation. Create and monitor annual budget throughout the year. Handle building management, office equipment and vendor relations. Draft written correspondence (e.g., letters, memos), as needed. First contact for prospective clients, manage the intake process. Responsible for the total client experience – from start to finish, handling challenging clients, dissatisfied clients, supervise and coordinate business development, marketing, and advertising functions performed by other personnel. Manage Special projects and coordinate law firm events/outings/parties.
