Establish targets and milestones based on market potential for sales channels as well as empowering the distribution network with FAE - customer visits, Product trainings, seminars , e-learning courses, marketing resources, trade show events and pricing campaigns so they are reached.
Manage across teams the development and implementation of internal projects to optimize workflow increase revenue and minimize response times to customer inquiries.
Organize EMEA wide sales channel training events. Key Achievements: • Successfully launched an online platform for Channel partners in 5 months which previously had taken 4-5 years.
• Improved visibility in regards to benchmarking via online platform which also optimized their price list creation procedure from 4-5 days down to 1-2 minutes
• Year on year revenue improvement with indirect channel partners • Molded channel partners to be proactive opportunity hunters breaking their reactive stance. • Restructured Distribution Network replacing underperforming partners.
