• Advise on complex D365 CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on D365, 3rd parties and customizations. • Demonstrate dynamics 365 solutions to client for business need fulfillment.
• Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating Dynamics CRM implementation projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with developers and IT team to conduct QA testing to meet project timelines, incorporating an iterative development process that requires frequent testing based on project schedule.
• Responsible for the management of end user acceptance testing.
