My role required advanced technical skills and precise troubleshooting to ensure aircraft readiness and mission success. Key Responsibilities: - Conducted the buildup, inspection, teardown, and tracking of 392 aircraft wheel and tire assemblies, both installed and in war reserve status.
- Documented maintenance activities and entered data into the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Played a key role in Crashed, Damaged, or Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) operations within a 250-mile radius of Minot AFB.
- Managed critical programs including Central Tool Kits, Hazardous Waste, Vehicles, Calibrated Equipment, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Diagnostic Equipment Monitoring, Bench Stock, and Spare Parts. Key Achievements: - Replaced five frayed throttle cables, restoring 900 flight hours and contributing to the MXG 2010 Daedalian Trophy win.
- Managed the aircraft wheel and tire section, processing 360 assemblies and returning $10.7M in assets to the repair cycle or installation.
- Overhauled the Bench Stock program, relocating $109K in assets with zero findings during inspections.
- Restored deployed AWACS aircraft by resolving a floating spoiler anomaly, ensuring on-time Operation ASIAN FURY sortie.
- Maintained 100% OSHA compliance by validating and tracking respiratory certifications for 34 team members.
- Restored Wheel/Tire shop capabilities, eliminating off-site cleaning and saving $120K annually. These experiences highlight my technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to maintaining high operational standards in aircraft maintenance.
