Jan. 2024Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Polando Coordinating all regional HR processes and drive the execution of the end-to-end HR employee lifecycle activities to support the company’s Mission, Vision and Strategy
o Supporting the regional HR Team in implementing a coherent people plan to be aligned with the business strategy while working closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts, personnel and training cost o Supporting the regional HR BP Team with deployment of new regional policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating, and executing implementation actions ensuring best-in-class HR processes, company Values and Principles as well as the Code of Conduct are applied in the business at all times
o First point of contact mainly for managers, contributing to the understanding and use of HR tools, processes, policies and ensuring compliance
o Diversity, Equity&Inclusion (DEI) projects: based on data gathering and analytics implementing DEI solutions across teams in close collaboration with Deloitte Regional HR team, EB team, business heads and teams (e.g. work organization/flexible working schemes, generation gaps, work-life balance policies, leadership gaps, parental programs, salary gaps, gender structure on managerial and leadership positions, holiday index, engagement index, KPI’s. etc.)
o Providing support and expert advice to managers+ in the areas of Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Law
o HR change Management: Being part of regional HR transformation project teams - DEI projects, work life balance projects, hybrid ways of working, company culture, leadership growth
o Leading and developing HR team (5 FTE, incl 4 HRBP, L&D expert)
o HR data analytics
