Responsible for all incoming and outgoing work for these counties. Assists with distribution of work to all teammates. Solely responsible for every HEL (Highly Erodible Land) request that comes in. Provides administrative and technical support to the Farm Service Agencies, District Conservationists, the ASTF, Field offices, and NRCS. Prepares reports to keep data organized, and accurate. Communicates effectively regarding data in programs, errors, updates, progress, and workloads, Maintains electronic files, along with hard copy filing based on the records management program within the NRCS. Mails completed work to producers in a timely manner after determination has been made. Extensive knowledge of multiple NRCS programs including Conservation Desktop, DCS, ArcPRO, ArcGIS, SharePoint, Pitney Bowes, Adobe, and Microsoft software programs such as Word, Outlook, Access, and Excel. Ability to work independently to plan, organize, resolve problems, and implement giant workloads based on NRCS procedures without the need for constant supervision. Skilled in data accuracy, and consistency. Well versed in NRCS terms and policies.
