Second main area was new model introduction short course development based on manufacturer´s guidelines. These courses were developed around the new features and technologies but also including referrals to earlier models/platforms. One part of the new model introductions was technical specialist role on new model launch events for car sales and press. Main group of participants/trainees were dealership mechanics and service advisors. Training was also developed and held for other after sales groups, including service managers, spare part personnel and body shop mechanics and foremen.
