Key responsibilities: •Co-ordinating all contractually required file-based delivery, paperwork, and assets with the aim to confirm completion of delivery, working across multiple projects simultaneously, utilising and creating various systems and detailed databases to ensure an organised and planned approach, leading to the successful effective and efficient management of all productions. •Being the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all digital assets in a demanding and high-pressured environment, using clear communication, whilst managing expectation to resolve conflict and meet exacting deadlines. •Ensuring programmes were transmitted in their scheduled slot and met the UK industries regulatory rules, prioritising workload effectively whilst taking direction. •Developing, creating, and implementing a new media asset management (MAM) based system and corresponding team, working with internal stakeholders, external parties, Vantage and Adobe Anywhere to form a collaborative department-wide workflow and system that met the initial brief and furthered the efficiency and effectiveness of digital asset delivery. •Developing and aligning In-House and Indie workflows, training BBC Children’s Staff on new systems, writing communications, building a webpage as a central point of reference for on-going changes, leading to the successful implementation of the workflow. •Using systems to manage, track and process data, including Compliance Manager, Silvermouse, Diamond, Digital Archive, Fabric, Launchpad and OnAir / What’s On, becoming an expert and supporting the business by being a ‘go-to’ member of staff when issues arose.
