Many of our customers are regular business travelers, who continue to use us each time they travel. • Manage job postings, schedule and conduct interviews, and conduct screenings of all candidates
• Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
• Formulate new job recruiting advertising methods; Conducted over 1200 interviews and processed 835 new hires
• Manage all employee procedures including preparing all new hire packets and supplies for new hire classes
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
• Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act • Assist with reporting, tracking, and producing hiring metrics; Provide administrative support for the HR department
