Recruited by the founders and reporting to the Board, I set up a new business unit and led the design, development & delivery of gamified mini-golf, reducing costs and improving guest experience through digital & physical innovation from pilot to the first 5 venues before handing over to the US for roll-out.

As a member of the UK Leadership Team reporting to the UK GM I had Marketing P&L responsibility for a broad portfolio of categories with a media budget of £8m+, and led a marketing department via 5 direct reports to deliver over £150m annual sales.
