Heather Noggle is the owner of Codistac, a company that works at the intersection of people and technology, providing training, human cybersecurity, and modernization services. She has built a career consisting of over 25 years of experience in technology and operations, and is Certified in Cybersecurity by (ISC)². Enough with the third person! Most of that career is within the Software Development Life Cycle - SDLC. I've done it all and specialize in that stack as a requirements guru. (Been securing things longer than we called it security, too). Developed XML Schema (XSD) for product. Built the Global Wizard Denied Parties Screening Solution. Assisted on other Envision client projects, often helping with database aspects, written documents, as needed. Built Webport and Global Wizard products. Business Analysis: Assisted Envision in-house Sales and Recruitment staff with defining processes and ensuring quality in applicant submittal as an HR function. Analysis work to prepare for data migration from one staffing software package to another.
