Prior to joining Tricor Group, he was with KMPG Vietnam in 05 years and with BDO Vietnam in more than 03 years where he participated in wide ranges of practices/sectors and gathered significant knowledge, experience as well as efficient approaches in field of advisory profession spreading from tax advisory e.g. Corporate Income Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, Value Added Tax, Personal Income Tax, International Tax planning to other relevant corporate advisory services e.g. market entry, investment licensing, M&A advisory, and labor advisory services, etc. His clients are mostly foreign invested enterprises and foreign contractors who operate in various industries e.g. trading, real-estate, manufacturing, education, services, BOT projects, EPC contractors, BCC etc., he thus knows how to meet clients’ expectations, needs and understands the typical/potential issues that they may encounter during their journey in Vietnam. As an expansion of professional career, he is now also focusing in helping clients with exercising and promoting practice of com-sec/corporate governance advisory in line with local regulations & international standards via offering timely advices/comments/suggestions to help clients foresee and deal with internal corporate governance matters, interest conflicts and local compliance requirements for all kinds of companies/businesses of investors/stakeholders in Vietnam.
