As an Innovation Coach, I guide the Innovation proces for the projects in this initiative were we start from strategic set up going over improvement cycle of processes to training the teams and coaching individuals and daily teams. For the Digital Lounge we introduced methods like Design Thinking, Agile principles and Lean Startup.
