We are developing Procura into a community portal where everyone can compare the actual value of all residential properties, see a picture of the property, floorplan and other key attributes. The Procura portal also enables owners to list their own properties for sale or rent and even, complete transactions and sale completely free of charge.
We built Procura into the leading company in advising and helping indebted homeowners to take legal actions against financial institutions that had before the 2008 crisis, issued currency indexed loans.
Advising homeowners has now led us to reinvent the company. Today we are building a platform where individuals can enter a simple, save and economical way to do the most valuable transactions any homeowner does in his or hers live. We are therefore still doing our very best to simplify processes and transactions that touch the economical wellbeing of homeowners.
