Jul. 2011 - May. 2013Rio de Janeiro Area, Brazil · On-siteResponsible for the area of operation, support, network and data center services to external IT customers, providing support to business processes of Oi (Sales, Client Services, After Sales and Revenue Cycle), operating in the strategic planning of the new systems that will support the Hi systems Plan, through the implementation of 32 projects aimed at leaving 572 to 278 systems To support this plan we will also develop the infrastructure processes, currently based on ITIL v2 that will evolve to ITIL v3.
The technological evolution of the infrastructure also includes the construction of three new data centers (approximately 20,000 m2) and standards used in Infrastructure, such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Backup, SAN Management Tools, Database, Operating Systems and Application servers to support the growth of the data center business and the implementation of the Systems Plan (CRM, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Work Force Management, Sales Force Automation, SAP, SAP Stores, Online Charging, BI, SOA Governance, among others).
Managed a budget of approximately R$350 million in CAPEX and OPEX.
Responsible for implementing the Cloud Project (Oi Smart Cloud) and various maintenance costs reduction projects, technological upgrading, energy consumption reduction and space in the data center. Responsible System Continuity project, including all Critical Systems that support the sales processes, Service, After Sales Cycle and Revenue.
