Worked on team restructuring, creating 24x5 operation teams, bringing specialization from technical teams, reducing overload and overtime. We implemented processes to improve availability, working on the root cause, using a Dynatrace APM (Application Performance Management) solution, we now have an observability of business processes and are proactively current. It brought a great improvement in the customer experience, we went from NPS from 65 to 85, through improvements in customer service processes, implementation of a unified and integrated Contact Center solution (automating the main services used by customers) and multichannel. Core Banking system was experiencing great instability, generating major impacts on the business operation. Elaboration, approval of an environment update project, generated operational stability and business growth.

The technological evolution of the infrastructure also includes the construction of three new data centers (approximately 20,000 m2) and standards used in Infrastructure, such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Backup, SAN Management Tools, Database, Operating Systems and Application servers to support the growth of the data center business and the implementation of the Systems Plan (CRM, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Work Force Management, Sales Force Automation, SAP, SAP Stores, Online Charging, BI, SOA Governance, among others). Managed a budget of approximately R$350 million in CAPEX and OPEX. Responsible for implementing the Cloud Project (Oi Smart Cloud) and various maintenance costs reduction projects, technological upgrading, energy consumption reduction and space in the data center. Responsible System Continuity project, including all Critical Systems that support the sales processes, Service, After Sales Cycle and Revenue.
