The most recent program was a curious, unbossed leadership experience (ULE) that is still transforming the culture of the entire organisation, one of the leaders in the Pharma sector. My participants were the most senior leaders and they are doing some deep personal work for themselves first and then inspiring others. This program has inspired a total transformation in the organisation with language, behaviour, learning and more. This program has also involved working with social entrepreneurs in developing countries, third-party partners in experiential learning, experts in adult development, mindfulness, and more.
