Jul. 2021 - Dec. 2023Johannesburg, South AfricaIn this global role, I was responsible for designing and delivering three leadership development programmes in partnership with leading business schools and specialist partners to address the organisation's strategic leadership needs. The first programme was tailored for senior leaders at the C-suite minus one level and involved direct engagement with senior executives to align with organisational priorities and address specific leadership needs. It included executive coaching, personalised development with a concierge, and group work on strategic business challenges. The other two programmes focused on emerging leaders, equipping them with the skills and perspectives required for future leadership roles. These programmes combined theoretical and experiential learning, with a strong emphasis on practical application. In 2023, they received a Brandon Hall Silver Award for Best Development Programme for Frontline Leaders, recognising their quality and impact. I also led the coaching strategy, managing external coaching partners who provided tailored support across leadership levels. To expand accessibility, I introduced a 'coaching at scale' initiative, extending coaching to a broader employee base. Coaching skills were integrated into workshops to build a coaching culture across the organisation. Additionally, I managed an online leadership hub focused on several specific leadership attributes. The hub offered curated resources, including articles, podcasts, and videos, categorised by skill level. Live learning forums exploring these key leadership attributes, providing practical and interactive development opportunities. An engagement programme supported the hub’s launch and ongoing use. As an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner, I facilitated Insights team effectiveness sessions to improve communication, collaboration, and performance, further strengthening leadership capabilities within the organisation.
