Live learning forums exploring these key leadership attributes, providing practical and interactive development opportunities. An engagement programme supported the hub’s launch and ongoing use. As an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner, I facilitated Insights team effectiveness sessions to improve communication, collaboration, and performance, further strengthening leadership capabilities within the organisation.
