• Helped acute trusts implement the costing standards including mapping their general ledgers to standard resources, gap analysis on their data feeds, identifying activities, and comparing alloca-tion methods to the standards.
• Worked in a team of two to set up and project manage a technical focus group made up of profes-sionals from all ambulance trusts in England, internal colleagues, and representatives NHS England.
• Carried out development and communication plan for ambulance and mental health standards: sent out working papers on costing standards, collected feedback from multiple contributors, summarized and responded to feedback, took part in calls, meetings, and teleconferences to discuss solutions with roadmap partner trusts and technical focus group, used feedback to develop draft standards.
• Presented concept papers, updates, and suggestions for innovation at internal costing meetings and external meetings with representatives from healthcare providers, software suppliers, and other arms-length bodies.
• Came up with innovative ways to present information from the standards in a separate technical document that made accessing key information easier.
• Came up with and created an interactive costing manual template for providers to use when imple-menting the standards.
• Developed and spread the corporate style for standards excel documents and created various tem-plates that have been distributed to the sector to gather information or support costing as part of the costing webinars.
• Provided SQL coding support to an acute trust to improve their costing and reporting ability
• Taught SQL to colleagues in structured sessions.
