Sep. 2014 - Apr. 2017Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAs a member of the MEA Executive Team, and having IBM’s senior most executives as primary clients, my focus is to consult, provide counsel, guidance, and direction in identifying, selecting, and developing a strong and diverse leadership pipeline. Additionally, I drive the corporate diversity agenda, and participate in executive level trainings and development offerings. Most recently, I created the MEA50 Development Program with the primary focus on identifying and developing a strong and diverse executive pipeline of MEA nationals. Results after completion of the first year of the program yielded the following results:
• 13 participants were promoted to executive roles (9 were females)
• 44% of participants took on additional scope and responsibilities
• 38% of MEA50 participants were female
• Exceeded the corporate goal for developing diversity talent
• Reduced dependency on foreign international assignees.
